Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using KIXS LIFE's services. By utilizing our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

Payment and Work Commencement: All service fees must be paid in full before any work is initiated on the customer's shoes.

Liability for Damages: KIXS LIFE shall not be held liable for any damages to customer shoes while they are in our possession.

Quality of Work: While not all shoes may achieve brand new results, KIXS LIFE is committed to recreating original quality and detail. Our aim is to consistently provide satisfactory results.

Refunds and Unsatisfactory Work: KIXS LIFE is not obligated to refund service fees for work that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer.

Disclosure of Previous Work: Customers must disclose any prior work done to their shoes before paying for services.

Reassessment for Previous Work: If shoes have been worked on or cleaned by a third party before and this is not disclosed prior to service, a new quote may be provided. The customer has the choice to cancel services based on the new quote.

Shipping Responsibilities: Shipping costs for sending the shoes to KIXS LIFE are the responsibility of the customer. The customer can choose the shipping company, method, insurance, and signature options.

Packaging Guidelines: Please only ship the shoes themselves. Shoe boxes and accessories are not necessary. This helps optimize space and reduces shipping costs.

Cancellation and Shipping Costs: If a customer declines services provided by KIXS LIFE, they are required to pay for shipping back to their chosen destination. KIXS LIFE is not liable for any mishaps during transit with the shipping company.

Property Disposal: If payment is not made for services within 14 days after the initial estimate, declining of services, or completion of services, KIXS LIFE reserves the right to dispose of the owner's property. If a customer is unresponsive for 14 days after being contacted to pick up finished shoes, KIXS LIFE has the right to dispose of the owner's property.

Turnaround Times: Turnaround times provided are estimations and NOT GUARANTEED. KIXS LIFE will make every effort to complete orders promptly.

Expedited Services: If you require expedited services, please inquire about our express options.

Assumption of Risk: By using KIXS LIFE's services, customers assume all risks associated with the services, including risks to their shoes.

Limitation of Liability: KIXS LIFE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services.
